Return & Refund Policy – Coko Masala

Thank you for shopping with Coko Masala. We aim to deliver fresh and high-quality products every time. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is expired on arrival

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Reported to us within 24–48 hours of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable food items once the seal is broken

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items purchased during special sales (unless damaged or defective)


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and issue.

  2. Share photos or videos of the damaged/wrong product for verification.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to send the item back.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


5. Replacement Option

If you prefer, we can offer a free replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
